• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount of Real Money Gaming activity a Member must complete before Bonus Funds or bonus-linked winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required by mz137 to confirm the identity, age, and payment method ownership of a Member prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Withdrawal" refers to a Member's request to transfer funds from their mz137 Account balance to an external payment method registered to their Account.
• "MYR" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Activities" refers to the categories of conduct listed in Section 9 of these Terms, which are strictly forbidden on the Platform.

Your use of the mz137 Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is deemed to have occurred at the earliest of the following events:

• The completion of the Account registration process on the Platform;
• The making of a first deposit into your mz137 Account;
• The placement of any wager, bet, or stake through the Platform; or
• Any sustained or repeated browsing of the Platform following a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms.

mz137 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the mz137 Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account's existence:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. mz137 does not permit the use of its Platform by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• Be a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot, or automated system).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Not currently be self-excluded from the Platform or any gaming platform under a cross-platform exclusion arrangement.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Members are prohibited from registering using false, misleading, or third-party personal information.
• Not hold any other existing mz137 Account. Only one Account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be subject to immediate closure.

To register an Account on mz137, Users are required to provide accurate personal information during the registration process. This information includes, but is not limited to, a valid email address, date of birth, full legal name, and a chosen username and password.

mz137 offers various promotional offers to its Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral commissions, and VIP tier rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Promotional offers are available to eligible Members only, as defined by the specific terms of each promotion.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the eligible game categories specified for that promotion. Wagers placed on excluded games or markets will not contribute towards satisfying the wagering requirement.
• All promotional offers have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated expiry window will be removed from the Member's Account without compensation.
• mz137 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, alter its terms, or cancel any bonus credited in circumstances where the Platform reasonably believes a Member is engaging in bonus abuse or misuse.

All games available on the mz137 Platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, Members agree to be bound by those individual game rules in addition to these general Terms.

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner when interacting with the mz137 Platform, including in live dealer game chat environments and when communicating with support staff. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at platform staff, other players, or mz137 representatives will not be tolerated.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during a game session, mz137 will seek to resolve the issue in accordance with the specific game provider's rules and the Platform's technical records. Where a genuine technical error has demonstrably affected a game outcome, mz137 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the wagered stake to the Member's Account.

mz137 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform or any specific game at all times. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, and circumstances beyond mz137's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mz137 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during Account registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Colluding with other Members, whether in live poker, live dealer environments, or sports betting, to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other form of mechanical or artificial player assistance in a manner not approved by mz137.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors on the Platform. Any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error may be voided.
• Engaging in any systematic betting strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming engagement (bonus abuse).
• Allowing third parties to access or operate your Account, including through account sharing or account selling.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent payment activity in connection with any deposit or withdrawal.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.

All content published on the mz137 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and software, is the proprietary intellectual property of mz137 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: (a) reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content, (b) creating derivative works based on Platform content, (c) reverse engineering any software used in the Platform, or (d) using the mz137 name or brand marks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by mz137.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mz137 shall not be liable to any Member or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with a Member's use of the Platform.

mz137's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude mz137's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by mz137's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

mz137 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Members seriously. The Platform provides the following self-management tools, which are available to all Account holders at no charge and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set limits on the maximum net losses they are willing to incur over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure alerts that notify them of the duration of their active gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or permanent closure of their Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed with immediate effect and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

mz137 strictly enforces a minimum age policy of 21 years. Underage gambling is prohibited and any Account identified as belonging to an individual under 21 will be closed immediately.

mz137 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account, and to withhold or void any associated balances or pending withdrawals, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Member has engaged in, or is reasonably suspected of engaging in, any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9 of these Terms.
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The Member's Account is found to be a duplicate of another Account belonging to the same individual.
• mz137 is required to close the Account by order of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• The Member's Account has been inactive for a consecutive period of 12 months or more.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting mz137's support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any eligible real money balance held in the Account will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

mz137 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. All amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform at mz137.cam/terms-conditions.

Where mz137 makes material changes to these Terms that may significantly affect Members' rights or obligations, mz137 will make reasonable efforts to draw Members' attention to those changes through a prominent notice on the Platform at the time of publication.

Members' continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes their binding acceptance of the amended Terms in full. If a Member does not agree with any amendment, they must cease using the Platform immediately and may contact support to arrange voluntary Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under mz137's international gaming licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and mz137, the Member should first contact the mz137 support team via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. mz137 is committed to resolving Member disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, Members may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution procedures established under the Platform's licensing framework.
